Behind this service is a genuinely sophisticated system: every found item is photographed, analyzed and cataloged by AI-powered recognition, matched against loss reports around the clock, and confirmed through a secure ownership check — plus the time of the volunteers who log, store and hand over each item with care. A small recovery fee (see your report page for the current amount) keeps this infrastructure running so lost things keep finding their way home.
